We are a French digital company offering the passage of an individual IQ test online, with the possibility of obtaining the personalized individual results of the latter via a prior online payment.
Our testyour-i-q.com website aims to provide an IQ test based on a series of 30 questions covering various areas of human intelligence. This test is directly possible from the “IQ Test” home page. Before obtaining the result of the IQ test, the user will be offered to make a payment via an online payment interface. The user can also find on this other page a source of information “about IQ“.
The IQ test will be able to allow each user who has paid to obtain his result, to be able to access his IQ score and to know his position in relation to the general population.
Article 2 : Use of our website – Prohibitions
By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependent on you to use this site.

Mr Julien Hagnéré is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, videos, graphics, logo, icons, sounds.
Any reproduction, use, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written permission of Mr Julien Hagnéré.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute in connection with the use of the tesyour-i-q.com website is subject to French law. It is made exclusive attribution of jurisdiction to the competent courts of France.
Article 9 : Successors and assignment
These conditions are binding and apply for the benefit of Mr Hagnéré Julien and his heirs, successors and assigns.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to confer any rights or benefits on any third party.
Terms of sale
Article 1: Purpose
These conditions govern the sales of Mr Hagnéré Julien‘s company on the website testyour-i-q.com whose registered office is located at 17, rue des Pradeleaux – 44350 Guérande – FRANCE and which offers the sale of services. You will mainly be able to buy access to the results of the IQ test offered on the testyour-i-q.com website.
Article 2: Price
The prices of our services are indicated in dollars ($) all taxes included.
The microenterprise of Mr Hagnéré Julien reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The unit price for obtaining the results of the IQ test is set at $9.99 (all taxes included).
Article 3: Types of Payments Authorized
At the end of the 30 questions IQ test questionnaire, you have the opportunity to get your results via a $9.99 payment for the use of our service.
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card thanks to our secure payment systems. The debit of the card is only made at the time of shipment of the order and delivery of your results.
We can offer the following payment systems:
A – Paypal
By using the PayPal payment option on the testyour-iq.com website, you can purchase Services using PayPal. In this context, you agree to authorize PayPal to charge the full amount of your purchase from your PayPal account or credit card(s), bank account(s) or other authorized payment method(s) linked to your PayPal account (“Funding Source PayPal”).
It is your responsibility to keep your PayPal account and funding source PayPal up to date and funded, and your account PayPal backed by a valid credit card. You acknowledge and agree that PayPal reserves the right to refuse a transaction for any reason (including, but not limited to, payments that fail due to the fact that your PayPal account or funding source PayPal no longer exist or do not exist or are available/sufficient funds) and in such a case, neither PayPal nor Mr Hagnéré julien will not be liable to you or any third party in this regard. If, for any reason, PayPal is unable to withdraw the full amount due for your purchase, you agree that PayPal and Mr Hagnéré Julien may exercise all available legal remedies in order to obtain payment.
By choosing the terms of the payment option PayPal, you authorize the debit of the full amount of your purchase from your PayPal account or PayPal funding source.
B – Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American express)
The Stripe payment service (“Stripe Checkout”)is a technology that facilitates the payment of users on the tesyour-i-q.com website. A payment form from our service provider will be offered to you in order to validate your online payment. Stripe supports and in a non-exhaustive way, payments by credit card type VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERCIAN EXPRESS.
Other payment systems may be offered by the STRIPE service and may be added to the payment systems mentioned above.
Article 4: Payment and refund policy
Since all services are in dematerialized form, by accepting these terms of service, the user confirms that he understands that the services will be considered as provided to the user from the moment that a particular digital content related to obtaining the results of the tests is made available to the user. In accordance with the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer protection, the user confirms that he understands that the digital content made available to him cannot be cancelled and returned to the provider. Mr Hagnéré Julien is not obliged to cancel or refund the services that have been provided to the user before a request for cancellation and refund.
The user may terminate his service request at any time at no additional cost. In this case, the user will only be asked to pay for the services of obtaining the results that were provided to him before the cancellation. In order to process the cancellation, the user must contact Mr Hagnéré Philippe on the “Contact” page (e-mail address: contact@testyour-i-q.com)
All user opinions regarding the cancellation of services or refund requests must be processed by Mr Hagnéré Julien within 14 days of the delivery of the results.
